Q: My organization does not have a website, so where would we link the directory to?
A: A directory is not only a great enhancement for a current website, but it can also stand alone as a primary website for your orgranization. We would happy to help you through the process of registering a domain name and connecting it to your directory.

Q: I don't like the page design. Can I change it?
A: The page templates can be easily modified. Please contact us and tell us what you dont like, and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

Q: Can I use HTML in the text sections of my page?
A: No, but we do provide a markup language that is similar to HTML. There is a toolbar available on most text sections that will assist you in formatting your text using the markup language. There is also online help that describes the different formatting tags. Please contact us if you require any additional formatting tags.

Q: My pictures take a long time to upload. How can I speed things up?
A: Most uploaded images are larger than what is needed for display on the page. In these cases, the system automatically resizes and crops the image to the correct size. You can speed the upload process by resizing and cropping the image yourself before uploading it. Each image upload page has an online help link that describes the ideal image size.

Q: I am just an individual missionary and don't need an entire directory. How do I get just a single page?
A: Our friends at Missions For The Lord (www.mftl.net) would be happy to set you up with a single page. There is an online signup form available on their website.

Q: My ministry is in a sensitive area of the world and I am worried about people finding out that I am a missionary. Can I still setup a directory or page?
A: It is up to you to decide how much risk you want to take while doing the Lord's work. The directory and pages are hosted on the public internet, and are avaiable worldwide. We have implemented security options at both the directory and individual page level that provide basic access control to your information. When enabled, anyone attempting to view your directory and/or pages will be required to enter a password. Please contact us if you would like this option enabled for your directory or pages.
