| A: No, but we do provide a markup language that is similar to HTML. There is a toolbar available on most text sections that will assist you in formatting your text using the markup language. There is also online help that describes the different formatting tags. Please contact us if you require any additional formatting tags. |

| Q: My pictures take a long time to upload. How can I speed things up? |
| A: Most uploaded images are larger than what is needed for display on the page. In these cases, the system automatically resizes and crops the image to the correct size. You can speed the upload process by resizing and cropping the image yourself before uploading it. Each image upload page has an online help link that describes the ideal image size. |
