Ministry Goals-I am working hard to develop a YWAM "energy" team. I want to work with other bases on reducing their energy bills. -We are finalizing plans to install a 3 acre pond, 25 to 30 feet deep. We will use this to heat and cool our 30,000 Sq. Ft. campus. We will save $30,000 to $35,000 per year. -To share God's love with the people of Argentina. -To continue to share about the salvation of Jesus Christ with the Gypsies of Argentina, Spain and around the world. -To continue maintaining our training facility in Minnesota the way the Lord gave it to us.

Current ActivityYouth With A Mission Minneapolis is a Kids Against Hunger packing satilite. We have a current goal of packing 100,000 meals to send to Haiti as part of the earthquake recovery. Please pray about donating to help with this project. KAH-MN.org In the past 2 weeks we have had 59 volunteers come to the base to pack, with another 120 scheduled to come over the next few weeks. We have packed a total of 22,000 meals. Enough to feed 43 children for a year. Yesterday, we sent our first shipment of 20,000 meals to Haiti. On Monday I spoke to 600 elementary students at Fieldstone elementary, who are now raising funds for the program. We are planning a mobile packing event for the school in late Feb. To date, we have received over $11,000 in donations toward the program. Herculift has given us use of a fork-lift. (We thought at first it was donated, but its just a long-term loan). It looks like we will meet our goal of 100,000 meals, and we will then increase the goal. Richard Proudfit told us he wants us to reach 1 million. Kids Against Hunger has a goal of sending 10 million meals to Haiti over the next 2 months. The US Navy has been carrying and distributing the KAH food in Haiti, using landing crafts that come directly onto the beach. We currently have Discipleship Training School taking place here on campus. We Have just recieved one team back from 7 weeks of ministry in Equador.

Youth With A Mission Minneapolis is trying to raise $100,000 for earthquake in Peru. See ywam-mn.org for more information. Please pray for my communication skills with the energy manage strategies that I can help our facilities with. A lot of times I know in my head what can be done but vocalizing it in a way people understand is difficult for me. We have had a number of unexpected expenses of the last year. We have about $4000 in bills that we need to get covered. Please pray about helping us in our current need. This is huge for us, but we serve a huge God. With out you it would not be possible for us to continue in the work of training and sending missionaries to the Nations Please conceder an online donation through our secure server link below. Special Projects and Events

I am working with other YWAM facilities on energy saving projects. We are installing geothermal heating and cooling systems. If you would like to donate to one of these projects please let me know. This is the kind of project that if you gave money to, we would use that money to lower what a YWAM facility is paying in utilities. For example if you gave $5000 to a project, that money would be used to start saving the ministry about that same amount every year. Then that ministry could use their resources for their primary of of taking Christ to the Nations. I have a graph pasted above showing the performance we have achieved in just one of our buildings here at YWAM Minneapolis.

I am very grateful for all those who pray for me and support me financially in this ministry. I couldn't do it without you. Thank you to all of the members of First Church in Carrollton, Texas. You are a huge blessing to us. I would like to thank John Clark for making this Website possible. Thank you to Dave Clark and his family for keeping things running here at the base and encouraging us all so much. We are thankful that we are apart of the family at Riverwood. We are also so thank for our northern parents Bob and Sharon Halvorson.
