Hi,my name is Rebeca Scarbrough, I am from the Yucatan Mexico. I am Married to a wonderful man John Scarbruogh and we have two beutiful boys Ethan is 3yrs old and Benjamin 2yrs old. I have been with YWAM Mineapolis sense June 1999, and now I'm full time mom Hola me llamo Rebeca Scarbrough, yo soy the Yucatan Mexico. Estoy casada con John Scarbrough, juntos tenemos dos hijos Ethan de 3 anos y Benjamin de 2 anos. He estado con JUCUM Minneapolis desde Junio de 1999. Ahora dedicada a mis hijos

The three-fold mission of YWAM Minneapolis is to DWELL-live as a nurturing community of believers, TRAIN-make disciples, and SEND-proclaim the Gospel to the nations. As we train, our goal is not simply to instruct our students, but to instill in each of them the character and passion of Christ.

Ministry Goals

Right now the goal that I have is to rise my boys in the ways of God. I been working full time in our base in diferents areas for 8 years. Now I believe that my time is to be a mom, But my call in God does not stop there. I still have the fire to share the Gospel in any way God allows me. Mi meta que tengo por el momento es de criar a mis hijos en los caminos de Dios. He servido en la base en diferentes areas por 8 anos, ahora creo que Dios me llama a ser mama de tiempo completo, pero mi llamado no se queda aqui aun tengo el deseo de compartir el evangelio en la manera que Dios me permita.

Current Activity

For the moment I'm full time Mom, I been enjoying the time that God has giving me to be a mother. I'm also helping in small areas in the Base, and other thing that I like to do is to mentor the Staff girls. Por el momento estoy dedicada a mis hijos de tiempo completo y estoy disfrutando esta etapa que Dios me ha dado como madre. Tambien estoy ayudando en pequenas areas en la base, y otras de las cosas que me encanta hacer es ayudar en lo que sea necesario a las chicas del staff.

Prayer Requests

I believe that the prayers have a lot of power and if more that one person are agreeing in prayer God will answer!
That Is way I'm asking you to help me in this:
Please pray for the following:
*for the good health of our family
*pray for me, I need wisdom as a mom and as a Wife!
*pray for my mom, she is very sick, the doctor have said that she is living from a quarter of her liver wich meant that in any moment she can collapse.
*Please pray for our financial need we are behind in our debts and we need to rise at list$ 4.000 to be able to cover everything that we need to pay.
I do believe in Miraculous and I know God will provided.

Yo creo que la oracion tiene mucho poder y si mas de una persona estan orando por lo mismo Dios respondera. Por esto t epido que me apoyes en lo siguiente:

*orar por la salud de mi familia
*ora para que tenga sabiduria como madre y como esposa
*ora por mi familai en Mexico, para que dios les supla sus necesidades
*por favor ora por nuestra necesida financiera, estamos atrasados en neustros pagos y necesitamos levantar $4.000 dollares para poder cubrir todo
Yo creo en los milagros y se que Dios proveera

Special Projects and Events

This month of September we will do a trip to Mexico to visit my family, especially my mom whom is very sick. I'm very excited and scared in the same time, because this could be the last time that i will be able to see her.
In octuber my boys will turn 4 and 3 years old. and I'm very happy so see them grow everyday.


En este mes de Septiembre vamos a hacer un viaje a mexico para visitar a my familia especialmente a mi mama quien esta muy emferma. Estoy muy emocionada y con miedo al mismo tiempo por que esta podria ser la ultima ves que pueda verla.
En Octubre mis hijos cumpliran 4 y 3 anos de edad y estoy muy contenta de verlos crecer cada dia.
